Delivery & payment
Delivery area and hours
We deliver to your door in Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Tossa de Mar and Malgrat de Mar, every day from 12:00 – 22:00. In Lloret orders usually arrive in 20–30 minutes; in the nearby towns, up to 40 depending on the area and time of day. We confirm the time by WhatsApp when you place your order.
Amounts
No minimum order: order any amount you like. Delivery cost: 2,50 EUR, and free from 25 EUR. With pickup you pay no delivery cost.
Pickup
You can pick up your order at our point in Lloret de Mar at the time agreed by WhatsApp. Frozen items are handed over well packed to keep the cold chain.
Payment
You can pay online on the website — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bizum (secure payment with Stripe) — or on delivery: cash or Bizum. The total is shown before you confirm, with no surprises.
Frozen goods: how they arrive
Pelmeni, khinkali and other semi-prepared items are delivered frozen. Keep them in the freezer until cooking; cooking times are on each product page and in the FAQ.
