How do I place an order
Pick the products at ellavash.es, tap «Order via WhatsApp» and send us the summary. We confirm availability, total and time on WhatsApp. You can also message us directly at +34 627 324 835.
Where do you deliver
We home-deliver both hot food and frozen goods in Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Tossa de Mar and Malgrat de Mar. You can also pick your order up at our point in Lloret de Mar. For other areas of the Costa Brava, ask us on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take
In Lloret, usually 20–30 minutes; in Blanes, Tossa and Malgrat, up to 40 depending on the area and time of day. We give you the estimated time when we confirm the order.
What is the minimum order
There is no minimum order: you can order any amount, home delivery included. Delivery costs 2.50 EUR and is free from 25 EUR. Pickup has no delivery cost.
How do I pay
Online on the website: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bizum (secure payment with Stripe). Or on delivery: in cash or by Bizum. The total is shown before you confirm.
How do I cook the frozen pelmeni
Without thawing: drop them into boiling salted water, stir, and cook for 7–9 minutes once they float. Serve with sour cream or butter.
How do I cook the frozen khinkali
Without thawing: boiling salted water, 12–15 minutes once they float. Hold them by the little tail and bite carefully: there is hot broth inside.
How long do the frozen goods keep
In the freezer (−18 C) for several months without losing quality. Once thawed, do not refreeze: cook them straight away.
Do you have options for kids
Yes: kids chicken khinkali (small size, mild) and nuggets. Kids also tend to order the fries and the cheese sticks.
What if I have an allergy
Our products may contain gluten, dairy, egg, fish, molluscs and traces of nuts. Tell us your allergy on WhatsApp before confirming and we will let you know which dishes suit you.
