Purpose

This site (ellavash.es) displays the El Lavash catalogue and lets you prepare an order that is confirmed via WhatsApp. Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable taxes. An order is considered accepted once we confirm it via WhatsApp.

Use of the site

The user agrees to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information when placing an order. Using the site to send false or abusive orders is not permitted.

Intellectual property

The site's contents (texts, photographs, logo, design) belong to El Lavash or are used with permission. Their reproduction for commercial purposes without permission is not allowed.

Liability

We work to keep the catalogue information (products, prices, opening hours) up to date. If there is an obvious error in a price, we will let you know before confirming the order. The site may link to third-party services (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, delivery platforms); we are not responsible for their content.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law (including Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE). For any dispute, the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
